Services & Expertise
Advance are one of only a few UK conveyor manufacturers that fully design, manufacture and install the systems that they provide. We fully design all systems in SolidWorks, with all electrical design done in Eplan.
With in-house laser cutting, machining, fabrication and powder coating facilities Advance can offer a full service under one roof.
The Advance Approach
With Advance’s consultative approach, our customers receive a tailored service from the word go. So that we can apply real care and consideration to your project, product and requirements, we are more than happy to make arrangements to visit you to discuss your project in detail. Our overriding aim is to provide you with the best possible solution.
This is what you can expect from us:
Our sales project engineers will discuss your requirements with you, visit the site and review the location and product to be handled. We’ll feedback our findings.
Following an initial consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposal detailing the recommended solution. Our proposals will be accompanied by 2D and 3D layout drawings to provide you with a greater understanding of the solution we offer and, depending on the project, we can also do full production simulations using specialist software.
Once the order has been formalised, you will be allocated a project manager to guide you through the process. Project timing plans that indicate major milestones will be provided from the outset, which will form the basis for project updates and discussions throughout the project.
All projects are fully designed by our design team in 3D SolidWorks. Models and drawings will be provided and discussed so there is a clear picture of exactly what is going to be manufactured.
Systems are fully built up in our Newton Aycliffe manufacturing facility and customers are encouraged to attend site for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) prior to delivery and installation.
All of our conveyor systems and bespoke handling systems are installed by our experienced engineers. This means that the team installing your system will have been involved in the manufacturing process and, therefore, have intimate knowledge of the equipment and how it should be installed.
