Vacuum Belt Conveyors: Overview

Advance have designed and manufactured a range of vacuum belt conveyors, designed to hold product onto the belt either for elevation (i.e. conveyor is inclining) or for controlled positioning on the belt to allow the product to be labelled and packaged correctly.

Vacuum belt conveyors are made by perforating the belt and drawing air through slots in the skid bed of a standard conveyor, commonly used to convey lightweight material such as paper and card.

Vacuum belt conveyors have been successfully supplied for a number of labelling and packaging applications to companies throughout the UK.
