Incline Conveyors

Incline belt conveyor

Incline conveyors are designed to move products between two different elevations. They are an excellent option for conveying between floor level and a mezzanine floor, from one machine to another operating at different heights and other areas where items need to be moved up an angle.

Incline belt conveyors provide a very cost effective solution for moving products between different floor levels. The conveyor design needs to take into account the size, weight and nature of the product to determine what angle of incline would be acceptable. Different materials and surfaces can be used for the belting to aid the incline of the product also flights or cleats can be added to the belt to stop product falling back down the belt.

All incline conveyors are designed to suit a specific application, product dimensions and throughput rather than trying to best match an "off the shelf" product to a specific problem.
