Assembly Cells: Overview

Advance have designed and manufactured heavy duty assembly cells for use in the automotive industry. Fully automated powered roller systems, with pneumatic blade stops and timing belt transfers.

Assembly cells are completely bespoke equipment and are fully designed for a specific customer's requirement. The cells will index the product on to the next assembly operative when a process is completed, once that operative completes his/her task it will index the product on to the next operative etc.
