Examples of Stainless Steel Conveyors

This first image shows a small stainless steel conveyor with a white PU belt and a stainless steel control panel with door mounted start/stop. Driven by a stainless steel drive drum.
The conveyor was for an airline catering company and the conveyor was designed to carry packaged sandwiches.

This image shows a mobile stainless steel conveyor, with a white plastic modular belt. Powered by a shaft mounted motor, with stainless angled side guides.
The conveyor was designed to handle wet raw vegetable product, and able to be moved from one area of the factory to another.

The next image shows a stainless steel conveyor, manufactured for 2 stage operation with each section having it's own motor, running independently from each other.
The purpose of the 2 stage system was to create a gap between the product as the outfeed belt was running faster than the infeed belt. Space between the product was required by the next stage of the production process, our conveyor allowed that space to be created. No control or side guide options were taken up on this conveyor.
The product on this stainless conveyor was unpackaged cereal bars, being fed into a machine.

The stainless steel conveyor in the next image is a small conveyor with a blue plastic modular belt, product turn wheel at the outfeed end and isolator control.
The conveyor was designed to carry packaged meat, and is a hygienic, easily washed, stainless steel belt conveyor.
