Manufactured in mild steel, they consist of heavy duty rollers, powered by a shaft mounted geared motor, and a fully enclosed side frame.

Powered roller conveyors provide cost effective and versatile solutions for heavy duty situations (i.e. where it becomes impossible to manually handle the product). Powered roller conveyors are flexible and can incorporate powered turntables, 90 degree bends or lift gate sections.

Advance can offer a full mechanical & electrical installation package with all powered roller conveyor systems, with a bespoke electrical control and software programming service. Control can be a simple start/stop to a full PLC control system.

Small powered roller conveyor, constructed in mild steel. Powder coated to customer's specification. Used to transport lengths of timber out of a machine. Powered by a shaft mounted motor with no additional control, mounted on a basic leg frame with self-leveling feet and product catch arms at the outfeed end.

Wide powered roller conveyor with rubber lagged rollers designed to carry sheets of glass. Rollers are lagged so they do not cause any damage or mark the glass sheets.
