A880 Series Belt Conveyors: Overview
The A880 series medium duty belt conveyors are a very versatile range of belt conveyors, easily modified to suit specific applications and very low maintenance. Commonly manufactured for the packaging and labeling industries the medium duty belt conveyor can be adapted for a wide range of industries and applications. The belts come with adtrack belt guidance system, improving belt life and making the conveyor safer for operators.
The medium duty belt conveyors are manufactured from a light but strong aluminium extrusion, can be driven from an 80mm diameter drive roller at one end of the conveyor with 80mm or 38mm diameter terminal roller at the other end. Or for applications where the product is small and the transfer points need to be kept down to a minimum the drive can be moved underneath the conveyor and 38mm or 16mm dia terminal rollers can be used to aid product transfer. Terminal rollers are housed in modular ends which are easily removed for routine maintenance, reducing un-necessary downtime.
All A880 medium duty belt conveyors can be manufactured with bespoke leg frames (for additional height adjustments), feet or castors, with adjustable or fixed side guides, end stops, under-guarding and a full range of electrical control options.
Examples of A880 belt conveyors
The first image shows a standard A8/80 medium duty belt conveyor on a standard leg frame with a 380mm wide green PVC belt.
Drive moved to unit underneath conveyor containing a 113mm diameter motorised drive drum and two 38mm diameter idler rollers. This allows 38mm diameter terminal rollers to be used at either end, improving product transfer.
No control or side guides were fitted to this conveyor.

Product Update: Bespoke A880 conveyor with adjustable height
The first image shows a standard medium duty belt conveyor with an underslung drive unit. The conveyor is mounted on a bespoke leg frame on castors, specifically designed for the customers' application.
Designed to be used at a variety of heights and with a variety of machines the conveyor shows the versatility of the Advance standard range.
The infeed end of the conveyor can be raised and lowered to suit the machine it is being used with whilst keeping the outfeed height constant.
All Advance standard conveyors can be modified or adapted to suit any application a customer may have.
