A840 Series Belt Conveyors: Overview

The A840 series belt conveyor is a light duty conveyor used primarily for conveying small, light weight product. The light duty conveyor series has a very slim line design and can be made as narrow as 72mm (belt width) and with an under slung drive can easily be used where space is an issue.

The light duty conveyor series is an ideal solution for moving small lightweight items where product transfer may cause other conveyors issues. The A840 light duty belt conveyor is manufactured with 38mm diameter terminal rollers, with the option of using 15mm dia should the need arise.

All light duty belt conveyors can be manufactured with a range of accessories like side guides (fixed or adjustable), castors or non-standard leg frames for greater height adjustment. Full control options are also available from direct online starters to variable speed and PLC control.

Examples of A840 belt conveyors

A standard light duty belt conveyor with a 152mm wide white PU belt. Driven by a centrally mounted under slung motor.

Fitted with a control panel at infeed and operator stop at outfeed with standard adjustable side guides.
