A840 Light Duty Aluminium Conveyor

The A840 series belt conveyor is a light duty conveyor used primarily for conveying small, light weight product. The light duty conveyor series has a very slim line design and can be made as narrow as 72mm (belt width) and with an under slung drive can easily be used where space is an issue.

The Advance light duty conveyor series is an ideal solution for moving small lightweight items where product transfer may cause other conveyors issues. The A840 light duty belt conveyor is manufactured with 38mm diameter terminal rollers, with the option of using 15mm dia should the need arise.

All light duty belt conveyors can be manufactured with a range of accessories like side guides (fixed or adjustable), castors or non-standard leg frames for greater height adjustment. Full control options are also available from direct online starters to variable speed and PLC control.

Light duty conveyor with non-standard belt width

This example shows a 1000mm long light duty belt conveyor with a non-standard belt width (85mm) and a single ply green PU belt.

Driven by a centrally mounted, under slung motor, fitted with a standard control panel with door mounted start/stop and speed potentiometer. The conveyor was also fitted with standard adjustable side guides, to guide the product on the belt.

This particular light duty belt conveyor was manufactured to carry candles.
