Advance Automated Systems Ltd are a UK conveyor manufacturer specialising in belt conveyors, roller conveyors and fully automated conveyor systems in extruded aluminium profile, mild steel and stainless steel.
From single light duty aluminium belt conveyors to heavy duty mild steel powered roller conveyors and bespoke conveyor systems. All full designed and manufactured in house to suit the customers requirements.
We supply conveyors, conveyor equipment and materials handling systems to a variety of industries including, food (packaging and manufacture), injection moulding, packaging and labelling, press shop, pharmaceutical and many more.
Our product range includes standard belt conveyors, powered roller conveyors, slat conveyors, gravity roller conveyors and fully automated and PLC controlled conveyors and materials handling systems. We can modify any existing design, or design a bespoke solution to suit a customers' needs.
We also manufacture and supply a range of food grade stainless steel conveyors and stainless steel conveyor systems to the food and pharmaceutical industries.
As well as stand alone conveyors we also design, manufacture and install fully automated conveyor systems to be incorporated into a customers existing machinery.
We can also supply an assortment of conveyor ancilliaries such as interroll drive drums, replacement conveyor belting, gravity rollers, castors and electrical equipment.

Conveyor News. Powered roller conveyor with scissor lift
We have recently completed manufacture on a heavy duty powered roller system, incorporating a scissor lift for loading.
The conveyor, designed to handle pallets, was manufactured in mild steel with heavy duty, chain driven rollers. All electrical control was also done in house by Advance.
IMHX 2007
Advance recently exhibited at the IMHX 2007 at the NEC in Birmingham, the materials handling and conveyor exhibition took place over the 13th-16th of March.
Conveyor News. Line shaft conveyor system
Advance have just completed work on a heavy duty line shaft conveyor system. Manufactured out of mild steel, with heavy duty mild steel rollers.
Designed to carry gaming machines weighing up to 60kg each, the heavy duty line shaft conveyor system incorporates scissor lifts at either end for easy loading and unloading of products.
