Advance Automated Systems Ltd are a rapidly growing conveyor manufacturer in the North East of England. We design and manufacture an extensive range of conveyors and conveyor equipment, offering a full package from initial concept through to installation and commission.

Advance are located in Spennymoor, County Durham at the Enterprise City Business Park, a prestigious modern development ideally situated for access from the A1M and A19.

Within our 8000 square feet premises we offer manufacturing and design facilities for a wide range of standard belt conveyors and more complex, bespoke conveyor systems in extruded aluminium, stainless steel and mild steel.

Although we have the capability for large PLC controlled turnkey systems, we are always interested in smaller more straightforward enquiries, which are treated with equal importance.

As much as possible Advance aims to keep all work in house, keeping sub-contract work to a minimum so that we have more control over lead times. As such Advance are continually looking at investing in new machinery.

Features such as:

  • Positive belt tracking. All of our standard conveyors come with our positive belt tracking system, this ensures that the belt is not able to track off and wear on the conveyor side frame, effectively prolonging the life of the belt.
  • Robust design of key components. A lot of aluminium conveyors in particular can be very light duty and unsuitable for robust usage. Advance conveyors are extremely well built and designed to cope under heavy usage, the tension ends are capable of withstanding a great deal of wear whilst still being modular components making drive and belt removal a simple task.
  • Versatility. Our standard range of conveyors are designed to be versatile and we can very quickly change a standard design into a bespoke piece of equipment.
